Normally, the weekly winners of Tony's Fishing For Fun Great Catch Award are chosen from sites that I happen to come across while surfing the web. I will, however, take personal sites that have been submitted into consideration as well. I look for a number of things when I choose the site, but the one thing that NEVER changes is all winners must have personal websites designed themselves. They can be as simple or as complex as the owner wishes -- but they are ALL self-designed.
