| When people say you should do a thing, It’s always wise to wonder why. And depending on the circumstances sometimes it’s a good idea to ask. When you ask why you should do this thing that someone says you must do you may be given an answer that seems to makes sense or you may be given an answer that does not. If you’re given an answer that makes sense to you you still may not want to do this thing. That is up to you. You can still do what you want to do and simply pay the price. On the other hand if you’re given an answer that does not seem to make sense you might wonder if maybe the blindness is yours, not theirs. It may be a good idea in that case to wait to see if your eyes are opened. But if you are told that you must do this thing because it is the thing that all people do and that you are expected to do it then if you decide to do it for no better reason than that you will also pay a price, but of a different kind. |
