Pumpkin Spice Bread
Ingredients

2 C unbleached flour
1 C brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsps cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 15 oz canned pumpkin
2 egg whites, whipped
1/3 cup reduced fat or fat free sour cream
Directions

-   Preheat oven to 350.
-   Prepare a bundt pan with cooking spray, set aside
-   Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmet, ginger        and cloves in a large mixing bowl.
-   In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, skim milk, egg whites, and sour cream.
-   Spoon the pumpkin mixture into the flour mixture andmix just until moistened.
-   Pour batter into prepred pan.  Bake 60 minutes.

Makes 18 servings.
