Dies ist das erste von 2 Artbooks, veröffentlicht druch Shonen Sunday. Es kam im Hardcover mit 190 Seiten (zusammen mit einen mini Poster zum Ausklappen). Dieses Artbook enthält viele großartige Illustrationen – die meisten von ihnen waren Cover- und Innenillustrationen der Manga, sowie Illustrationen aus Kalendern, von Poster u. a. Es enthält außerdem einige wunderschöne Fotographien von traditionell japanischen Gebäuden und Mutter Naturs Wunder – genauso wie Teile aus den Manga und einige Infos über die Handlung und die Charaktere (in Japanisch natürlich). Des weiteren findet man in diesem Buch einen Kurz-Manga (Ushio to Tora Gaiden – Eclipse Tsuki to Taiyou ga hitotsu ni naru Toki) und ein langes Interview mit Kazuhiro Fujita – wieder in Japanisch, zusammen mit einigen Fotos des Mangakas. Der Kapitelindex sagt, woher die Illustrationen stammen (für alle die, die es wissen wollen).
This is the first of the 2 artbooks, published by Shonen Sunday. It came with a hardcover and 190 pages (along with a mini fold-out poster). This artbook contains lot of great illustrations - most of them were cover and inside illustrations of the Manga and some of calendars, posters and other, also some beautiful photographs of traditional Japanese buildings and the wonders of mother nature – as well as parts of the Manga and a few infos about the story and the characters (in Japanese of course). The artbook also contains a short special Manga (Ushio to Tora Gaiden – Eclipse : Tsuki to Taiyou ga hitotsu ni naru Toki) and a long interview of Kazuhiro Fujita – in Japanese again, including some photographs of the Mangaka. The chapter index tells, where the illustrations have been taken from (for all those who wanna know).
