TorqueWind Industries does offer a 90 Day Money Back guarantee on all our Turbos.  However there is certain things you must do in order to qualify.  Firstly, your turbo must have been installed by a certified mechanic shop and must not have been tampered with prior to installation.  We will need written signed confirmation of this from the shop.  Secondly, your car must be dyno tested prior to install, and then again afterwards to determine if there is a zero HP increase.  Since we don't guarantee an exact HP increase ammount, any increase will make you not eligible for refund.  Lastly we will need a picture of the turbo installed so we can determine if it was done correctly.  If you qualify for a refund we will send you your money back minus a $20 restocking fee.  For any questions please email Info@torquewind.tk
