Who Regulates Airport Security?

After 9/11's attacks, the TSA was created, the Transportation Security Agency. They regulate airlines, and all other forms of travel. They employ security officers to over 450 commercial airports, and also Alaska and Guam. The TSA was created because of the 107th Congress of the United States. It was created by the Aviation and Transportation Security Act that was proposed and passed during the Congress.

It is their duty to regulate travel, set security guidelines and checks, and to keep American travel safe.
