We are a small group on Vandenberg AFB that trains Burton Richardson's JKD/MMA for the Street, that focuses on functional martial arts.
The VAFB Training Group is the most sought after Self-Defense instruction in the Santa Maria to Lompoc California area. The Group size is kept to a minimal for maximum learning and progression of the group.
