Apple Cranberry Punch |
1 (32 fluid ounce) Bottle of Apple Juice, chilled 1 (12 fluid ounce) can of frozen Cranberry Juice concentrate 1 cup of Orange Juice 1 1/2 liters of Ginger Ale 1 Apple 1) In a large punch bowl, combine Apple Juice, cranberry juice concentrate and orange juice. Stir until dissolved, then slowly pour in the Ginger Ale. 2) Thinly slice the apple vertically, forming whole apple slices. Float apple slices on the top of punch. |
Party Punch |
1 (12 fluid ounce) can of frozen Lemonade concentrate 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate 3 1/2 cups pineapple juice 1 1/3 cups cranberry juice 1 tray ice cubes 1) Prepare the leamonade and orange as directed on cans. 2) Combine orange juice, lemonade, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice in a large mixing bowl or pitcher. Chill well. Immediately before serving add ice cubes. |
4 cups cranberry juice cocktail 8 cups prepared lemonade 2 cups orange juice 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale 1 orange, sliced in rounds 1) In a large punch bowl combine cranberry juice cocktail, lemonade and orange juice. Sitr in the maraschino cherries. Refrigerate for 2 or more hours 2) When ready to serve, pour in the ginger ale. Garnish each glass with an orange slice. |

Egg Nog |
6 eggs 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 quart milk 1/3 pint heavy whipping cream 1 pinch ground nutmeg 1 pinch salt 1) Beat eggs, mix in condensed milk, vanilla, quart of milk and salt. 2) Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold into egg and milk mixture and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve chilled. |
Hot Apple Cider |
6 cups apple cider 1/4 cup real maple syrup 2 cinnamon sticks 6 whole cloves 6 allspice berries 1 orange peel, cut into thin strips 1 lemon peel, cut into thin strips 1) Pour the apple cider and maple syrup into a large stainless steel sauce pan. 2) Place the cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice berries, orange peel and lemon peel in the center of a washed square of cheesecloth; fold up the sides of the cheesecloth to enclose the bundle, then tie it up with kitchen string. Drop the spice bundle into the cider mixture. Simmer. |
