Do
not join at end of each round unless instructed. Mark beginning of each round.

1: Right Side. Ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook.

2: 2 sc in each sc around. (12 sc).

3 thru 5: Sc in each sc around.

6: Dec around: slip st in next sc. (6 sc).

7: Ch 1, sc in same st, ch 3 (sc in next sc, ch 3) around, sl st in first sc. (6 ch 3 sps).

8: Sl st in first ch 3 sp, ch 1, (sc, ch 3, sc) in same sp, (ch 3, sc) twice in
each ch 3 sp around, ch 1, hdc in first sc to form last ch 3 sp. (12 ch 3 sps).

9: Ch 1, 2 sc in same sp and in next ch 3 sp, skip next 4 ch 3 sps (armhole), 2
sc in each of next 2 ch 3 sps, skip last 4 ch 3 sps (armhole), join with sl st
to first sc. (8 sc).

10: Ch 1, sc in same st, (ch 3, sc in next sc) around, ch 1, hdc in first sc to
from last ch 3 sp.

11: Ch 1, sc in same sp, (ch 3, sc in next ch 3 sp) around, ch 1, Hdc in first

13: Sl st, ch 3, 2 dc in each ch 4 sp around. Join and fasten off.
Finishing:
Cover ironing surface with plastic wrap. Immerse ornament in fabric stiffener,
squeeze ornament to remove access stiffner. Lightly stuff with plastic wwrap
and shape as desired, pin bottom edge to ironing surface.
Allow
drying completely and removing pins.
