12 OZ PENNE, COOKED AND DRAINED
1 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
8 OZ FRESH MOZZERELLA , CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
6 PLUM TOMATOES, CHOPPED
1/2 CUP FRESH BASIL LEAVES, CHOPPED
SALT AND PEPPER


In a large bowl toss the penne, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Stir in mozerella, tomatoes and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
