MILK TART
CRUST
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 beaten egg
2 oz butter
1/4 c sugar
salt
Beat butter and sugar together. Add egg then dry ingredients. Press crumbly mix into a pie dish. Bake
at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FILLING
1 1/2 eggs beaten
1 1/4 tbsp flour
1 1/4 tbsp cornflour (cornstartch)
2 1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 tsp butter

Boil the milk
In another bowl... beat the egg and sugar
Add the flour and cornflour to the egg mixture and beat together.
Add the milk and cook till it thickens (best done in the microwave) 
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter
Beat well ... Pour into baked shell
Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnoman
Cool
(best when refridgerated)
