| 24-Hour Cancellation Policy To better serve you, we require 24 hours notification when canceling an appointment. Those who cannot comply will have to pre-pay for future visits and pay a $25 cancellation fee. If less than 24 hours is given on Gift Certificate appointments, the value of the certificate will automatically be reduced according to the service(s) missed. If no notice is given and the appointment is not kept, the gift certificate will be declared void. Please return all confirmation calls to guarantee your appointment |
| For services of three or more and all packages a 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. VISA, MasterCard, Debit, American Express and cash are accepted (no personal checks). |

Total Serenity assumes no financial responsibility after one year. We urge you to schedule your appointment as soon as possible due to potential delays in availabilty. * Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for gratuities. * Gift Certificates cannot be purchased with another gift certificate. * Gift Certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
