If you cannot play this particular file format then we advise you to go to www.download.com and http://www.vcdhelper.com/tmpgenc.htm to find programs to convert the files to mpeg, wav or avi.
Please don't contact us if you can't see the files, we can't help everyone. If you find a file takes a long time before prompting you to save then it's simply a larger file.
