INSTRUCTIONS:
To light an online candle like the ones in the Garden Chapel
please fill out the Form below.  The lines of the form are longer then they appear, however, I ask you to please be brief so we may have room for others to post prayers in the Chapel. *Thank-you* If you include your email address(optional) I'll contact you once to let you know that your candle has been lit.  Your privacy will be respected and your email address will not be shared with anyone!  Eventually, your Prayer Candle will burn out as all candles do but please feel free to return anytime to light another.  After you fill out the form you'll be returned to the Garden Chapel.
