RULES: 
1. Your site must be a Christian, Catholic or Pet-related and that you created and maintain yourself.  Sites which were created professionally using a web design service are not eligible.

2.  It must be family-safe/child-safe.  No porno, vulgarity, racism, hatred, etc.

3.  No broken links,  missing graphic images, must download within a reasonable length of time.

4.  No pop-up ads unless you are with one of the free web hosts where you have no control over this.

5.   No commercial sites.  This means you must not be earning money from anything on your site. Legal ministries which accept donations for the purpose of continuing thier ministry ARE eligible to apply.

6.  Your site must have original content.  No sites that are merely a list of links to other sites.

JUDGING:
Content: Must have original content that you wrote or designed yourself.  If you have a site that offers only graphics for free download these graphics must be Christian or Pet-related in nature.
Graphics: I enjoy beautiful inspirational pictures and backgrounds so if your site is pleasing to the eye and touches the heart.... excellent!
Music: Music is a plus.  It's not neccessary to offer a bar where the music can be turned-off.

HOW TO APPLY:
Email me your Site's Name, URL, and a brief description Be sure to tell me the NUMBER of the Award you're applying for.  If you win you'll recieve the Award via email as an attachment.  If you win you should hear from me within 2- 3 days.  The Award must be linked back to Touch Of Eden at http://www.oocities.org/touchofeden/index.html when you display it on your site.
