Arai Daisuke
Kyujutsu-

Kyudo/jutsu. To the ancient samurai, the bow and arrow was just as, if not more so, important as swordsmanship. Highly ritualized, the Japanese style of archery takes years to become proficient. However, skilled archers are able to easily and accurately place arrows on a small target- while riding on horseback.

Daisuke prefers to hold his ground and shoot with his bow and arrow to preferably stun his target, though he will shoot to kill if certain situations arise, and will retreat back to keep distance from his enemies.
History-
Arai Daisuke was born on October 18, 1989 in Mito, Japan. From an early age he was taught kyujutsu by his father to occasionally hunt game in the wooded areas around where he lived. However, once his education started, he hardly had any time to practice, let alone shoot for fun. His father didn’t care much about school and studying, but his mother was strict about having a good education, thus enrolled him in many after school tutoring and Saturday school tutoring, which hardly gave him any free time.
Life was pretty much void of any excitement during his elementary years due to his mother and he would have free times only on Sundays, and that didn’t even guarantee him any free time due to the vast amount of homework he had to get completed. He also dreaded going to high school due to the fact that it would bring him more work to be accomplished. It was in college that he thought he would actually have his own way of life, separate from his parents.
Fortunately for Daisuke, once he finished primary school his parents both decided to send him to the Toudou Academy in Tokyo. It favored both of them since it allowed him to get an education and further his abilities in kyujutsu. But the reputation of the Toudou Academy for being a martial arts school partly intimidated Daisuke, since he wasn’t much at physical combat and preferred to keep his distance between his target and himself. Aside form those small problems and the fact of being a freshman at a high school, he is eager to be attending such a famous school and being a part of it.
