MMU Tae Kwon Do

TaeKwon-Do translated literally from Korean means 'foot hand-way'...

...which to the rest of us means an art of self-defence using kicking and punching/striking techniques.

TaeKwon-Do is probably the easiest of all martial arts to learn and definitely the most fun!

Under expert tuition from two of the countries finest instructors, you will achieve a level of fitness than no other martial art can give. Other benefits are increased flexibility and the ability to defend yourself. Training is done in a relaxed manner with the emphasis on your enjoyment and we are all very easy to get along with, especially on our nights out and regular organised socials.
We have remained the largest martial arts club by some way for over seven years and we aim to keep it that way! The dedication of our members has been proven year after year with successful results in various tournaments, both local and national.
