"Maybe Stefan won't tell him," Toby said, forcing his cousin to get away from him. "Maybe he was just teasing you"
"Uncle Stefan? Teasing? He doesn't know the meaning of the word!" Jerry answered as he shook his head. "He has never told a joke in his life. My dad says that he's so used to not smiling, that when he actually does it, his face will crack!"
"He's not," Liana said, stepping forward to defend Jerry. He wasn't a bad kisser after all. "My grandfather says that Stiffy scared the doctor when he was born."
"Why?" Toby asked his cousin, looking at her like she was nuts.
"Because. Have you ever seen a new born baby wearing a black suit, no tie, and frowning like Stefan always does? Man, that'd scare anyone!"
Jerry laughed and shook his head. "My dad told me that the Cassadines and the Spencers have been fighting ever since he was not much older than I am now. Like I told him, they've been fighting forever!"
"Did you tell your dad he was old?" Liana laughed and Jerry nodded with a smile. "You're impossible! But I like that"
Jerry beamed at her last comment, smiling as if the Queen herself had blessed him with a smile. Toby shook his head, slapping his forehead at his friend's goofy grin. "Jerry?" He asked, trying to get his friend's attention. "JERRY! Snap out of it!"
"He's just jealous," Jerry told Liana with a smile. "He's never been in love before"
"You're in love?" Liana asked and Jerry nodded. "With me?" She asked again and he nodded again. "Wow. Do we have to do anything?"
"I dunno," Jerry said with a shrug. "Maybe hold hands, and kiss, but that's not necessary. And Toby and I have to involve you in everything we do, and the same goes for you"
"Wow. My very first boyfriend," Liana beamed and Toby pretended to gag.
"When you guys are done with all that mushy stuff, can we get back to business?" The feeling left out boy asked.
"Don't worry, Toby, we can have a double play date with my best friend" Liana proposed.
"NO WAY IN HELL!" Toby answered, insulted.
'What's he buffing about?" Jerry asked, raising an eyebrow
"My best friend is Tina Quartermaine," Liana answered and Toby frowned
"Yeah, she's Michael's baby sister," Toby said as he wrinkled his nose. "She's being raised in the Quartermaine house!"
"Whoa, honey, that's nasty!" Jerry said, taking aback. "Liana, sweetheart, you don't really like your cousin, do you, wanting to fix him with a Quartermaine? I can just imagine Carly's face when we all go to his house and play!"
Toby and Jerry started to laugh, thinking about how Carly would have a fit if Toby ever walked through the door with AJ's second child, mothered by Hannah. It would be worst if Toby said that she was his girlfriend. He would never hear the end of it.
"Ok, so we forget Tina. I have other friends," Liana told the boys. "But back to business. Why are you both really here?"
"To find my mother," Jerry answered and Toby's eyes snapped up. "Hey, she's my girlfriend now man, I can't keep this from her!"
"What if she can't keep her mouth shut? Toby countered back. He didn't feel so special anymore if Jerry was telling someone he just met about his mother.
"Hey, I can keep a secret!" The insulted little girl answered. "I never told you stuff that Aunt Bobbie told me about you!"
"Uh oh," Jerry said, slowly walking backwards, away from the girl. He just knew Toby would explode now, and he was right. The cousins started fighting and Jerry made his way to Luke's door, and put his ear on the wood to try and listen to what was going on in there.

"What do you mean, distract Helena?" Lucky asked nervously. His time with the woman came back to him and he didn't like that.
"All I need is for you to do is stuff that draws attention to you, so that she won't be checking my every move. I need to free Alexis and my niece from her claws."
"What's Carly have to do with that?" Lucky asked, confused
"Oh you didn't hear?" Luke beamed. "Sweet little Caroline isn't my niece. Helena's been keeping the real Spencer girl a secret so the truth never comes out. Why, I don't know, but I intend to find out real soon"
"You never stop, do you dad?" Lucky asked with a smile. "I thought that, at your age, you would look forward to calming your ways down a little"
"Me? Come on, Cowboy, you know me! I can't stay inactive. It's bad for the heart!"
Lucky laughed and shook his head. "So who is my cousin, if it isn't Carly?"
"Venus Arda-something" Luke answered. "Remember, she used to work for Ned Ashton?"
"Maybe, I don't really remember. Ok, dad, you have a deal. I'll stir up some trouble at the hospital, and Helena will be focusing on me for a while. Don't take too long though, because she makes me nervous"
"I promise, son. I will ask Jerry to show me where Alexis and V are being held, then I'm gonna go get them. I'll ask Roy to give me a hand, too. He misses being in the action, too"
"All right. If you promise to do it quickly, I'll help" Lucky agreed
"That's my boy!" Luke smiled and raised his glass for a quick toast.

Jerry backed away from the door slowly. He couldn't let that happen! He knew about what Lucky Spencer had been through with Helena and the psycho man! Liana would simply kill him! He nearly ran out and took Toby by the coat, before he pulled. "Let's go man, we're going to get my mother!"
"Hey wait!" Liana said, following them out. "Wait for me, you are walking too fast!"
Jerry stopped and looked at the blond little girl. "You're not coming with us. It's dangerous!"
"So? I'm a Spencer, I laugh in the face of danger!" She answered, standing proudly in front of him. "Besides, you said that you had to involve me in everything you do with Toby because I'm your girlfriend. So I'm coming!"
Jerry looked at Toby and the boy just shrugged. "Ok," Jerry finally allowed. "You can come, but you do exactly as I say, deal?"
"Deal!" The little girl squealed and the three kids started to walk again. When they arrived at the corner, both boys looked on both sides and started to cross, but Liana pulled on Jerry's arm. "Wait, I'm not allowed to cross the street!"
"Well, neither are we, but we have to do it to get to my mom!" Jerry answered, sighing loudly.
"But I'm not like that. I always do what daddy tells me to, because he knows what's best for me. And because he knows the punishment that hurts the most!" Liana answered.
'Which is?" Jerry asked, ready to kill Lucky if he was spanking Liana.
"He takes Boxcar away!" She answered with a sigh.
"Who's Boxcar?" Jerry asked with a confused face.
"My dog. I got him when I was born, and when I'm bad, I'm not allowed to talk to him, pet him or play with him for a whole day!" The little girl whined. "So I'm not crossing the street!"
"Ok, ok, we'll go that way!" Jerry said as the trio started to walk on the side walk, contouring the club towards the other side. They had been walking for a while when they arrived at another street. "Oh shoot!" Toby exclaimed. "Now what?"
"We'll go that way!" Liana said, showing the long sidewalk on her right. "We are on Eldon road and it goes far!"
Once again, the kids started walking as far as they could before coming in contact with another street they had to cross. Pretty soon, they had passed the club for the third time without even going anywhere. "This is ridiculous!" Toby exclaimed. "We are going in circles! We'll never get to your mother if she follows us around!"
"I have an idea!" Jerry exclaimed suddenly! "What if we ask a grown up to help us cross the street?"
"I'm not allowed to talk to strangers," Liana said sheepishly.
"Oh for Pete's sake, I'll do it!" Toby said, getting mad and he stopped a man that was about to cross. "Excuse me, sir, my little sister forgot her teddy bear at the park and we have to go back to get it, but we aren't allowed to cross the street alone, is it all right if we cross it at the same time you do?"
"Of course, little boy," the man said and Toby felt a shiver pass through his spine without being able to figure out why. They crossed with him, and on the other side of the street, they didn't see the man follow their progression with his eyes.
"I don't like him," Liana said, still holding Jerry's hand as they quickly walked away. "He's spooky! And he's looking at us!"
"He probably just want to make sure we are really going towards the park, or something," Jerry said as he squeezed the little girl's hand. "Don't worry, Lee, I'm here, I'll protect you if he tries something!"

"Liana Spencer," Faison said as he watched the three kids walk away. "Such a treasure for her father, and her grandfather"
