The Comprehensive History of Towel Fighting Towel fighting began under the humblest of terms between good compadres, one named Justin, the other, Tim. What started out as a friendly finaggling of friends at a local party in the fall of 2002 broke out into the towel whipping fight to end all towel whipping fights. Some stupid girl, later credited as the inspiration, stole one competitor's towel. Thinking quickly Tim ran in the closet to escape Justins flailing fury of ffffftoweling. Justin being the bright chap he is waited for Tim to emerge from closest to inflict his extreme hatred upon Tim's cowering body. Distracted by the appearance of an attractive young female, Justin momentarily glanced away. This was the split second that Tim needed, he saw his chance and dove at the towel gaining a firm grip. Now one might expect this squabble to last mere moments but as seconds gave way to minutes and minutes to slightly longer than a couple minutes, it became apparent that neither would let go for fear that the other would whip them. -20 Minutes Later- Justin noticing the cracked door devises a plan to break the stalemate, and hopefully Tim's right arm. Justin pushes Tim outside, with the towel. It appears to be over with a bittersweat victory for Tim, out in the cold but with a towel to console him. How now brown cow. Justin opens the door and reaches out grabbing the towel, pulling Tim's arm in, he begins to open and close the door on Tim's arm. Tim's death grip is not loosened, his grip is like a chicken to its chicken parts, he bolts inside and they begin to brawl once again. -20 Minutes Later- Tim Has won! After breaking the deathly choke hold, Tim uses the move later coined as the Jacki Chan, to break Justin's hold. Because Justin Sucks. Since the advent of this game, its influence has spread like wildfire. Numbers of those who have fought increase everyday. Some people have not met everybody who has towel fought. We are witnessing history in the making, become a part!
