The City of Al'Har Aman

Al'Har Aman means in the Old Tongue, The Hand of the Dragon. The Dragon Reborn, Rand al'Thor is the founder of the city. He wanted to build a city where rulers could meet without giving any one Nation an advantage. It seemed the best to rebuild the White and Black Towers in this location. Tarmon Gaidon has ended with the forces of the Light winning victoriously. The year is 104 ATG. The Towers were built 50 years ago with the help of the Ogier. The City lies just south of Dragonmount.

The Amyrlin Seat of the Aes Sedai and the M'Hael of the Asha'man rule the city jointly.
