| Acaar is a full Ashaman and has been for since a little before the last battle. He is just short of being considered tall. He has light blue eyes that show the years his face doesn't reflect. Despite looking just past mid twenty he has solid white hair, which he has had since right before he began learning to channel. In The Power he was as strong in the power as The Lord Dragon himself (which he was extremely proud of), though surprisingly his greatest strength in the power was in air, which is an obvious rarity among men. Due to time spent with the atha'an miere he has (indirectly of course) learned a great deal about weather and was a moderate healer (can mend minor wounds). He also has the Talent to make ter'angreal which he first did unintentionally in the last battle with his sword, though he destroyed this and only later in his traveling realized what he had done. He has only made one Ter'angreal since he discovered he could (it took nearly two years to actually do) that acts as a ward against bugs and other vermin. Acaar was a farmer's of a nondescript farm in Andor, and like all boys dreamed of adventure. When the Lord Dragon's amnesty was announced in the nearby town he saw his chance for adventure. He spent one week planning (though most planning was more daydreaming then anything else). Once he thought he was ready he left to search for these men. It took him a month to reach Camelyn and arrived in poor condition and no money. Even the clothes on his back looked like they should be on the underside of a trash heap. It took him a starving week to finally get answers and on his way to "The Farm". By this time Acaar was even giving up hope that anything but starvation was in his future. Had he known what he would go through next he would have settled for starvation for it was discovered he could learn to channel, quite strongly in fact. About a month into training he swore he could feel the insanity seeping into him, though he managed to avoid it. Acaar always remained loyal to the Lord Dragon and even received the dragon pin from him personally. By the time of Taims betrayal Acaar was considered one of the best, and was charged with secretly hunting down any darkfriends trained in the black tower, which he succeeded at despite being given false hints by the traitor M'Hael. This job became even more important and secretive when the Lord Dragon cleansed Saidin, as now any dark Ashaman could freely channel with no risk of insanity. In the last battle Acaar was in some of the bloodiest parts of the fighting for the side of good, a fact which has ingrained in his mind and haunted him ever since. After the fighting was done Acaar destroyed his power wrought sword and disappeared from all eyes. Most thinking him dead, he head his identity and traveled by foot or horse to where ever he wandered never stopping except for a week or two to help rebuild damage done by the war, and hoping that helping others with a new life would rid him of the visions of blood he saw. The only time he went someplace on purpose during this time of wandering was to stop at his parent's farm. There he was treated as a stranger even after he had identified who he was. With that he immediately left without even staying the night. He has finally decided to reappear because he has been wandering for almost 100 years and feels the pull to do something and have something more. |
