Defected and fled the Seanchan when he stumbled across plans of the leaders. Fled to a Stedding in the Mountains of Mist and stayed there for "a little while" (63 years)

Didn't fit in with the other ogier and was haunted by his past so he made his way to Al'Har Aman to train with the warders.
