What's New
3-12-05...Wow, it's been more than a year.  Hard to believe!  I bought a car in June so I could stop daily driving the truck, it's a 1999 Toyota Solara V6 5-speed.  I love the car, but don't worry, my passion is still off-roading.  I installed some KC Daylighters on the front bumper to replace the Hella's that were not working anymore.  I also repainted the front and rear bumpers hammerite black.  Looks good.  I have been working at National City Bank since February 04.  The job is OK, pay is decent, and benefits are great, and I could probably make a great career there, but not sure if it's really what I want.  Getting ready to do some minor repairs/maintenance to the truck in preparation for the wheeling season, but no mods.  I ALMOST had a custom flat bed built by a local offroad shop, JCR off-road, but money kept me from doing it.

...Again, it's been forever.  I no longer have my chemical sales job, it didn't work out.  So now I am REALLy strapped for cash. :-( I went off-roading at the Badlands in Indiana in October and had a blast.  Besides that, haven't been anywhere else.  Only mod I have made to the truck is I removed the solar visor, got sick of it.  I've just been spending alot of my time trying to find a job.  If anyone knows of any decent jobs in the automotive industry, preferably involving product testing, development, design, or quality control, PLEASE let me know.

...Well it's been forever since I updated.  Haven't made any mods to the truck, and probably won't be anytime soon.  Been to the dunes off-roading once and on the local trails a few times since last update.  I finally got a real job, I am training to become an automotive chemical salesman for a local company in Kalamazoo.  So far I am enoying it.  I also moved into my own apartment so I am a little straped for cash for the time being till I start making the real money once training ends.  I am planning to buy a second vehicle when that happens, I want a 1999-2000 Toyota 4Runner SR5 V6 5-speed 4wd.  This will become my daily driver / road trip / exploration vehicle so I can keep the miles off my truck and begin to build it up without worrying about down time.

...Just made a couple small updates to the truck future modifications page.  If I get a 40/hr a week job soon (I'm trying), I should have enough money to SAS the truck this summer.  I'm really pushing for this, I can't stand the IFS anymore.
