Toystown operated business since 1996. From the start we have offered a selection of items, which reflects our personal experience and interests. Our aim is to bring you distinctive high quality items at prices that give outstanding value. Check our quality, check our values -- you will not be disappointed.

Orders can be placed on-line e-mail, by telephone, fax or mail. We ship promptly from our office and warehouse facility in Hong Kong, Japan. Goods are normally shipped within one business day of receiving your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Online E-mail Orders: For your greatest convenience, most of our items may be purchased through our online catalog. Follow the simple directions in How to Shop at Toystown to take advantage of this method. If you have any questions about your online order, our email address is info@e-toystown.com.

Payment: Payment can be by check, bank billing or bank note. Further information about our on-line payment options is available. Billing address errors can prevent us from obtaining authorization and hence can delay your order. Fax and telephone orders you also can paid by check.

Normal Delivery within the United States: Most orders will be received within 6 to 14 days of placing the order. We ship by Speed Post Priority Mail and Fed Ex. All orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by Priority Mail. For more information please see our Expected Delivery Times page.
