The Primary Function... of THE COMMITTEE - and - PEOPLE-4-PEOPLE is to promote "Social Harmony " -and- " Family Unity ", in an atmosphere of respect, dignity and positive interpersonal relations. It is our function to promote positive aspects in the Social Collective, and advocate against any process, that would diminish, detract - and/or - otherwise threaten harmony, within said Collective... |
The Secondary... -and- EQUALLY IMPORTANT FUNCTION of our organization, is to advocate promote and lobby for changes to the current laws, legislation, rules, regulations, policies, protocols, and application thereof, that would place, in jeopardy the," Family Unit " and/or any part thereof, by improper administration, of any - and/or - all of them, either by intention, design, and/or failure, of any and or all of them. Any law, legislation, rule, regulation, policy, protocol and/or application, of any and/or all, of them that threatens, places in jeopardy, and/or diminishes the sanctity of, Social Harmony - and - Family Unity is a bad one - and - must, at all cost, be improved, in order to enhance the quality of life, for one and all. |
If a Member... of any " FAMILY UNIT ", and/or of this "organization", should witness, hear about and/or suspect abuse and/or neglect, of any other member, of any family, and/or of this organization, it is the duty of this person to confirm this allegation, either by physical, and/or by testimonial evidence, from other sources, prior to making a report to anyone, within this organization, and/or to any authority within the community. Failure to authenticate any and/or all allegations and/or suspicion of abuse and/or neglect of a person by confirmation and substantiation is in direct violation of this organization's madate and may result in the immediate dismissal of said person from this organization and possible legal redress... |
Any Member... of this organization, must have the approval of the Executive, in order to advocate on behalf of any person, in response to requests, for aid and assistance with a family problem and/or any other problem, a person may be having, with the law - and/or - within the community. Failure, to uphold this mandate will result, in immediate, punitive action, on the part of the, " Executive ", and will leave this organization, its' Executive - and - Membership, harmless, from any liability, resulting therefrom... |
Every Member... of this organization must swear an " oath ", not to betray a confidence, breach a privacy, and/or violate a discretion, under a non-disclosure agreement; unless said oath, and/or agreement constitutes a violation of one's duty to disclose, upon verification, substantiation and/or confirmation, that abuse and/or neglect, of another person, family member - and/or - other, of this organization, has, in fact occurred. In such a case, it is the duty, of that person, to make a report and give full evidence, thereof... |
Every Member... has the solemn duty - and - responsibility, to uphold the integrity and reputation of this organization, the Executive and the membership, in whole and in part. No member shall be granted allowed and/or permitted, to arbitrarily conduct the business, of this organization, in whole and/or in part, without the prior written authorization - and - complete written approval, of the Executive... |
THE COMMITTEE - and - THE PEOPLE-4-PEOPLE... shall conduct its' affairs, in a free, and democratic manner, with the election of Executives, a vote, by the membership, on issues -and- matters, in direct and/or indirect relationship, to the business, of this organization, its' function, within the community, its' advocacy for and against persons, groups, agencies, and/or bureacracies, and/or any part thereof, under the terms of our Charter and the rules, regulations, policies and protocols, therefrom... |
No part... of this Website, this organization's business and/or the business of any person therein, shall be in direct and/or indirect violation, with the terms -and- specifications, listed within the Charter, for this organization - and/or - any mandate, protocol, rule, regulation -and/or- policy, deriving from, as approved by - and - as authorized by, the membership, through the elected Executive, thereof... |
