A long time ago. When all the faeries where just children. Jhudora and Illusen were the best of friends. The other faeries; Light, Air, Fire, Water and Earth did not like Jhudora at all and because Illusen was always hanging around Jhudora they did not like her either. Who would blame them, they have their reasons for not liking Jhudora. She would make little potions to turn their hair electric green or make their skin turn orange. So the element faeries kept away from Jhudora and Illusen. Jhudora and Illusen would play together like sisters they always had a good time. Illusen did not like it when Jhudora would do mean stuff to the other faeries but she wasn’t about to stop her best friend from having a good time. When Illusen and Jhudora got older Jhudora would make her pranks more complex. While Illusen would dream of being best friends with the other faeries. It is what she always wanted. Illusen liked to do girlie stuff like sing and put on makeup. Jhudora on the other hand would rather play tricks on the other faeries. She did not care about her looks too much. One day Illusen had to go to Meridell. She knew the land was in a state of dying so she went to see if there was anything she could do. Because the neopians and faeries did not know about it. She would go there a few times each month to bring food and medicine. Illusen had a soft spot for the less fortunate. While she was gone one day Jhudora and the element faeries where captured by Balthazar! Balthazar had made a machine that sucks the powers out of faeries. He was tired of low profits from selling those faeries. He decided to take powers away from all the element faeries and equip the powers into one Faerie. “One super powerful faerie would make lots more neopoints than just selling regular faeries.” He said to himself one day. Balthazar would go around the land capturing faeries and taking their powers away. After he would take their powers he would drop them all over Neopia and just leave them helpless. That’s when neopets around Neopia started seeing gray faeries. He put a faerie in the machine and Electra static formed all around the little power ball the faerie was in. A few seconds later the ball came on a conveyor belt. When the lid of the power ball was opened the once pretty powerful faerie was gray and dull looking. The Fire, Air, Light, Earth, and Water faeries screamed as they watched Balthazar put her into a brown wheat sack and throw her in the back of a farm wagon. Illusen looked all over for these famous faeries and her best friend. She could not find them anywhere. She went back to Meridell to see if Jhudora followed her, but she was nowhere to be found. Illusen sat down beside a dying tree and started to tear a little. When a kau that she saved from death walked over and said. “Your friends have been captured. Taken to a dark cave under Neopia. Find them and free them before it is too late.” Before Illusen could say anything to the kau, the kau had left almost vanished you could say. Illusen went into the middle of the Neopian forest looking for a cave entrance and sure enough she found one. She flew inside and looked for her friends when she came to a dead end. She heard blinking, she looked behind her shoulder and saw a super small slorg with one read blinking eye watching her. She turned around to grab the slorg but she was not fast enough. The slorg took off like a flash towards the dead end as if he where going to hit it like a fly swatter on a fly. The dirt wall rippled like water when the slorg hit it. Only when the slorg hit it he went through the wall like a ghost! Illusen was very alarmed. Then she thought of her friends being in danger and she touched the wall. And rippled, she tried sticking her hand through. It worked it was like being a ghost. She walked through the rippling dirt wall into a secret laboratory. Then she saw the element faeries and Jhudora. Balthazar just then walked up to her and said. “Very brave for coming after your friends too bad you just walked into my trap. That holographic kau worked like a charm.” He walked off into a distance. Just then some more robot slorgs came up to attack Illusen and put her into a power ball. Illusen takes out a potion that Jhudora gave her a time ago that she never thought she would use. She throughs the potion at the floor and green smoke comes up and when it leaves the slorgs are all defeated. Balthazar turns around in a rage and says. “Okay since you want your friends so badly, fight my robot army of puppyblews. If you defeat them you can take your set of faeries home.” Illusen looks at him with an evil grin and says. “Bring it on!” About 57 robotics puppyblews surround her and start attacking. She swings out her staff and starts kicking puppyblew butts. The faeries are chanting. “Illusen Illusen Illusen!” She is beating them badly then one comes up from behind and bites her wing! Illusen screams as she turns around to hit the horrid puppyblew. Then she realizes that is not a puppyblew that has her! It is a spyder! She hits it off of her as fast as she can and starts hitting puppyblews again. Then she starts to feel tired and a little pain in her wings. Her fighting is slowing down fast then she decides she needs to come up with a plan of action quick. Before that spyder poison paralyzes her. She takes her staff and takes out her last potion that Jhudora gave her. And puts it on the top of the staff. She fly’s up as high as she can and come diving down holding the staff facing the floor. She gets to the ground with full force and hits the staff down as hard as she can. There is a big explosion smoke goes everywhere. When the smoke clears Balthazar sees she has defeated all of his army. “Okay Illusen, you won do you want to take the element faeries or Jhudora?” Said Balthazar with and evil smile and laugh. “Hey you said that if I defeated your army you would let my friends go!” “No, my poor little Illusen I said a set of faeries. It looks like you have to make a decision before you die because of the poison and you become mine.” Said Balthazar as he laughed evilly. Illusen looked at her best Friend Jhudora and then looked at the element faeries with blurry eyes. She thought back on how much she wanted to be their friends and how much Jhudora meant to her. When ever Illusen got sad Jhudora would always make her laugh. Then she thought I am going to die unless I get some medicine fast. And I am so far out under Neopia that if I leave with Jhudora I would just die anyway. If I chose the other faeries the water faerie could heal me. She thought about it. “Balthazar I am picking the element faeries.” Very well he said as he let them go. They got out and hugged Illusen and the water faerie healed her then Balthazar set off a trap that sent the faeries flying out into the forest. Then he started changing the tunnel and the whole layout of his lab. Jhudora was very upset that her best friend chose the element faeries over her. It was then when she swore. “Illusen you betrayed me! I will get you! No matter where you are I will find you!” Jhudora cried a little. Balthazar heard her and walked over and said. “Awe poor little Jhudora, Hit by your own sword. Tsk tsk tsk. Now you will be a gray faerie like the rest.” All because of your best friend he said as he mocked her. Jhudoras tears evaporated like water on the sun. Balthazar closed the lid on the power ball and turned on the machine. Jhudora went down the conveyor belt in the little power ball. Right before the ray zapped the power ball Jhudora opens a potion and freezes the power ball to a glass form. When the ray hits the ball the ball breaks into a million pieces. Jhudora fly’s out and tries to escape. Balthazar changed the whole layout so it would be kind of hard to find a way out. His lab is like a maze for a lab rat. After having robotic creatures chasing her she finally makes it to the surface. Out of the cave she flew like lighting. Jhudora was so tormented by her emotions. Happy that her friend and her friends where alive. Sad that her best friend just left her to save some faeries she didn’t even know. And very angry that Illusen betrayed her. Jhudora knew that when she would go back to faerieland things would not be the same. When she returned she made her own dark little cloud. Concocting a plan to get back at Illusen. Jhudora give quests to almost anyone that comes by. Because her plan takes a lot of stuff if she wants to succeed. Illusen found out about Jhudoras plot against her. So she hid away in Meridell in her own little glade. Sometimes she wishes she could go back in time and chose Jhudora instead of the element faeries. Illusen also gives away quests to wandering people collecting stuff to do who knows what. Some say she wants to trap Jhudora and reason with her because she really wants her for a friend not a foe. Some say she wants to build a better glade. Some say she wants to attack Jhudora. No one really knows. |
