| As professionals, we strive to raise a healthy, happy pet. The utmost care is given in vaccinations and keeping our babies parasite free. We spoil each one with attention so they are well-socialized. We will guarantee NO DEATH for 10 days from the date it leaves our kennel. We must have notification within 72 hours of any problem. We DO NOT reimburse for medications or for any veterinary fees for any reason. If within 12 months from the date of purchase your puppy is diagnosed by your veterinarian as having a debilitating hereditary defect (including hip dysplasia) that, in his opinion, prevents your puppy from serving you as a companion pet, we will replace the puppy when we have one available. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Claims must be accompanied by a Veterinarian's Health Certificate with a full explanation of the problem, lab tests acquired, medications given, etc., and be received in our office within 10 days of the first Vet visit. We reserve the right to ask for a second opinion at our expense. If a difference of opinion occurs, we will adhere to the advice and/or diagnosis of OUR veterinarian. We WILL NOT guarantee against human error. |
| Vaccination & Worming Standards Vaccinations are given at 6, 8, and 12 weeks. Wormings are done bi-weekly starting at 3 weeks of age. Pups are also routinely treated for giarrdia and coccidiosis prior to shipping. |

| Deposit Information A deposit of $150 is required to hold a puppy. If a deposit is not received in 48 hours, I will consider the pup still available for sale. This will require an overnight mailing or the use of PayPal or Moneygram. Deposits are NONrefundable past 5 weeks of age. |
| Payment Options Payment options include PayPal*, Moneygram, certified check, money order, and cash. Full payment must be received prior to your puppy's 8-week birthday. *PayPal payments add an additional 2% for PayPal fees. I do NOT accept echecks! |
| Shipping Information We ship via airline on Fridays. Flight reservations must be in process two business days pior to shipping. In most cases, air shipping is $275, which includes the travel crate and other incidentals required for shipping. Due to extreme weather conditions, shipping dates are subject to change. **If it is necessary on the buyer's behalf that I hold a puppy longer than one week past the normal shipping date, a $4 fee will be charged per day plus any additional vaccinations and wormings will need to be compensated for. Shipping may also increase due to the puppy's weight and/or requiring a larger shipping crate. |
