Welcome to Tracewind Kennels. I began in Junior Showmanship, like many of my contemporaries, and I believe that is where I developed my spirit of competiton. I began with my mother's German Shepherds, and as her taste for "smaller breeds" developed, so did my experience in these breeds.
I became interested in other breed characteristics and developed a "knack or "talent", if you will, for being able to handle different breeds to the best of their ability. Grooming these different breeds became almost second nature and as I grew, so did my abilities. I do my "homework" constantly, to learn about new clients' dogs and new breeds, as they are recognized by AKC.
I treat each of my clients' dogs as if they were my own. As well as care and food, I give them love and in return they give me better than 200% in the ring.
