Strange Music and lyrics by Tracey Leanne Lutz
Verse 1: Hi, I'm a stranger to your affection hello, remember me? I'm the girl who once gave you direction Strange now, how you are not beside me like you used to be Strange now, how you are not inside me, so passionately. Verse 2: Mirror mirror, is it true? Does he not love me like I wanted him to? Mirror mirror won't you break and I'll shake this feeling of wanting to sing the blues. Strange now, how my heart has found another Strange how I think of you now more like a brother. Strange now. Strange now. Verse 3: Strange how when I think of you my heart no longer flutters. Strange how, when I talk to you, I no longer stutter. Strange how I know I'll always say I love you and no matter where I go in life I know I'll never think that I'm above you Strange now. Strange now.
Background: Although I just added this song onto my page in June, 2002, I actually wrote it a while ago. I wrote the beginning of it when I was still very much in love with Glen, and then wrote the end of it after I let him go emotionally, so it may seem a bit unbalanced. And just to clarify, although Glen and I are good friends, I don't think I will EVER think of him like a brother. Dedicated to: Um, Glen I guess. :-)
