| Things to include: - Story about the plans to have a baby - Fears, thoughts, excited moments about the pregnancy and birth - Journal of each doctors appointment - Sonogram pictures - Cravings - Nicknames given to the baby while pregnant - Hopes and fears about being parents - How the news was told to family and friends - Copies of birth certificate - Birth story - First impressions from everyone about the baby - Who the baby looks like - Journals of the first few months - List of firsts (I use a calendar in the kitchen to record everything and then transfer it to my scrapbooks) - Feet and hand prints - Cards, letters, poems, song lyrics, hospital bracelets, hospital bassinet tag (once again, everything that's not nailed down) - Don't forget the pregnancy test! (I used Confirm pregnancy test which includes and keepsake tag) |
