| Saying goodbye is very difficult especially if you've been with the company for a long time. Photos and momentos makes retirement a little easier. This is a great idea for a fellow co-worker and one that I've seen many times. |
| Things to include: - Photos of retiree at work (call friends and off location co-workers)(don't forget travel photos!) - Letters from co-workers saying goodbye and relaying funny stories and memories - Timeline describing accomplishments - Old resume and evaluations - Copies of awards and certificates - List of favourite expressions - Include an autograph page that everyone can sign at the retirement party |
