Satellite Broadcast Webcast Design, Development and Implementation

Lead Instructional Designer for the design and development of a one-and-a-half day satellite broadcast for partners and associate partners to provided insights on selling eCommerce solutions to clients (Accenture 1998)

• Designed interactivity for synchronous and asynchronous activities among broadcast sites

• Created the Remote Site Instructor Guide and the Studio Instructor Guide

• Created all participant materials and protocols, including those for chat room moderators, phone operators, broadcast direction, presenters, technical support staffs, and logistics personnel

 Goal-Based Scenarios with On-line Support Systems

Developed courses and support materials for various projects including scenario testing and employee development courses, technical programmer training, classroom simulations for human resources objectives, and experiential learning (Accenture, 1995-1998)

• Supervised the company-wide revision of the most basic level of employee development to integrate a new methodology for how Accenture does business
