| * Disclaimer I make no attempt to discredit the word of the writers of the movie Twisted Desire. The writers have stated that this movie is based on the case of a 14 year old girl from texas who was sentenced in 1990 of the murder of her parents and would be released at the age of 21 in 1997. It was also stated in a review that this case was taken from the files of a phsycologist about this girl. I searched the newspapers of texas for these years and could find no information on any 14 year old or 15 year old girl who was convicted of a crime like this. |

| Nor did I find any record of any teengage boy or young man who was sentenced to the death penalty for murdering his girlfriends parents. I decided to look back over an interview that was conducted with the writers of this movie and I could not help but to notice that the interview was conducted by the "Roanoke Times." I decided, just on a whim. to search news ariticles in that state for cases involving teenagers and I came up with one case that in my opinion was the basis for this movie, but you be the judge... |
