was told to let go and lay down between the bad guy's legs to make sure
he "COOPERATES" while I handcuff him and pat him down for weapons.

Snap and the officer who stopped the suspect car. On the table behind
us
is 85 pounds of vacuum sealed marijuana. The officer stopped the car
and
became suspicious about what they were up to, so he asked for Snap to
give
the car a sniff. Snap hit on the trunk and this is what we found!
