Going to Stuttgart is a very good audience recording, much better than the
Point Depot boot which is an average audience
recording. Tracks 3-12 on Disc 2 of Going to Stuttgart are not of the same
quality as the rest.
I was at Stuttgart and saw Van Morrison in a very good mood, talking to the crowd and making jokes about the bad weather in Germany. The sound of this concert was very clear: I think one of the best I ever heard from Van Morrison. Perhaps this is the reason why the boot is also such good quality.
