Administration & Liners:
Tree administration and liners for this tree were by Vernon Webb.
Notes on the source:
The San Francisco shows featured a Van who was battling a cold, and not at the
peak of his powers. Concensus amongst those list members attending seems to
be that the Friday and Saturday Masonic shows (discs 3 through 6 of this set)
were the highlights...
Van Tree Policy:
Please respect the efforts and the wishes of the dedicated bands of
volunteers who put countless hours of time and energy into producing and treeing these
rare live performances: please do not offer any of these tree volumes for
sale.
