Administration & Liners:
Tree administration for this tree was by the indefatigable Linda Beatty,
an Official List Treasure!
Notes on the source:
A diligent and generous fellow fan has recently uncovered a bit of buried
treasure. This was the beginning of the Georgie Fame era, and is a grand
example of their early collaborations. In addition, the show contains the
first known rendition of Elvis Presley's "Don't Be Cruel", which has been
heard only a handful of times. This sets Van and the band off on a fantastic
homestretch of covers; all in all a performance not to be missed!
Liner notes:
The Hultsfred Festival is Sweden's largest and most popular rock festival. Established
artists and new exciting groups perform on an outdoor stage on the shores of beautiful
Lake Hulingen, one of the loveliest park areas in the country.
Van Tree Policy:
Please respect the efforts and the wishes of the dedicated bands of
volunteers who put countless hours of time and energy into producing and treeing these
rare live performances: please do not offer any of these tree volumes for
sale.
