Terrific FM broadcast from relatively early in Sarah McLachlan's career. I'm not familiar enough with her material to know whether the setlist is unique or not, but it's a very enjoyable listen and the sound quality is fantastic. This appears to come from the master cassette, so there is minimal hiss and excellent dynamic range. There are a couple of nice (brief) filler segments from live appearances around the same point in her career; they sound good as well.
