Taper's Notes (And I agree by the way):
Van in excellent form and great mood. I think the man has turned a new leaf. Normally you'd think he would be upset with an extremely noisy crowd, but on this night, we fueled the fire in my opinion, and this recording captures the essences of the night completely. There were some talkers around and some yelling going on, but it's not that bad. Van starts laughing during Game, as you can hear women yelling "I love you Van." All eyes from the band were on the crowd all night, with David Hayes tipping his Tigers hat to the crowd at the end of the set. Thanks to ninehi for the other source to allow me to complete my set, as I was changing tapes as Van was giving the background on his father and dedicating Choppin Wood to him. Hope everyone enjoys listening to this as much as I do. For those of you who will criticize me for yelling in the beginning of the set and after a couple songs, so be it, but I held back for the most part, but he was on fire that night, and anyone who was there knows what the crowd was like, that being said, ENJOY!!!!!!!!
