The first half of the show has 1 monitor soundboard channel, 2 channels of
Crown PZM microphones over the stage plus an ambient microphone mounted on
the balcony railing. The second half of the show has 2 channels of monitor
soundboard and 2 channels of Crown PZM microphones over stage without the
extra ambient microphone on the balcony.
Maybe not quite a "perfect mix" but it's still an excellent sound quality
recording.
This is Tito with a small touring band, not his usual big band. Tito was
very friendly to everyone at The Catalyst and seemed to be a totally nice
guy. He seemed very comfortable in the rock club scene despite the differences
in his music from what was usually played there. There is a large local hispanic
community that always supported him at The Catalyst and you can hear from
his comments that he really liked the place.
