Disc 1 - 73:15

1) Smooth Operator/Red Eye (8:51) (UK 12" Epic TX4655; Canada 12" Epic FR39581) This is the complete 2-song unedited version of the hit song, as it was originally released on the 12". The actual single/album version fades at 4:54, and the actual CD version clocks in 4:58. This version is noted on the record label to be 5:25, and segues directly into Red Eye (3:18). This is actually the video version, without all the video sound affects.

2) Spirit (5:24) (B-side of above 12" singles). Also on the B-side of the 7" US single (Portrait BFR 35581).

3) Love Affair With Life (4:37) B-side of Your Love Is King (UK 12" Epic TA4137) This is actually the 3rd track on the B-side of this single, following Smooth Operator/ Snake Bite (See Track 6). This is listed on the 12'' single sleeve as "Recorded Live", but there is no indication as to the date of the performance, and there is no audience noise, so it sounds like a studio track. This track is also the same track that is found on the B-side of the US 7" single Your Love Is King (Portrait 37-Q54373).

4) Should I Love You (3:56) (B-side of When Am I Going To Make A Living, Epic TA 4437 UK 12" single, Epic A4437 UK 7" single) The 12" was actually a 3-track EP; This track was the second track on the B-side, following the lp-version of Why Can't We Live Together.

5) Hang On To Your Love (5:30) (This version appears as the 2nd track on the UK CD/EP ''Paradise" Epic Sade 2). This version could be the same as the US 7" single version (Portrait BFR 39581).

6) Smooth Operator/Snake Bite (7:30) (B-side of Your Love Is King UK 12" Epic TA 4137) This is the alternate version of the hit. It is not just a remix, it is a completely different recording. The arrangement is similar, but some of the harmony vocals are missing, and Sade's lead vocals sound more delicate than in the hit version. This version was actually included on a limited-edition cassette tape of the Diamond Life album in the UK.

7) Never As Good As The First Time (3:55) (US 7" Single Portrait 37-05846) This is a remix of the album version. (See CD-2, track 1, for the 12" Extended Remix) Both 7" & 12" mixes are included because the 7" version has quite a different flow to it.

8) The Sweetest Taboo (5:31) (UK 12² Epic TA6609) This extended 12² remix is nearly a full minute longer than the aIbum/CD version.

9) Wired (3:39) (B-side of UK 12" single Is It A Crime Epic TA6742). The volume at the beginning of this instrumental track has been tweaked so the count-in is just a little more audible.

10) Paradise (5:32) (US 12" Epic 07823, UK 12" Epic 651617 0 -- Limited Edition Poster Sleeve, UK CD 4-track EP Epic Sade 2) This was also issued as an edited remix, on 3" CD single (UK Epic 651617 2).

11) Super Bien Total (6:46) (B-side of UR CD single Love Is Stronger Than Pride (Epic EPC 651477 9, B-side of US Paradise 12"²) There is an edited version of this available on the UK 7'' single.

12) Turn My Back On You (7:06) (UK 3" CD Single Epic 653140 3) This is track 2 of this single, "Heff's Mix².

13) Make Some Room (4:58) (B-side of US 12" of Nothing Can Come Between Us Epic 07865) This was also released in edited form on the UK 7" B-side of the same song.

1) Never As Good As The First Time (5:06) (US 12" Portrait 05375) This is the Extended Remix, which is more faithful to the original mix than the 7" remix version (See CD1, track 7).

2) Killer Blow (4:33) (from the Soundtrack to the movie musical Absolute Beginners (Canada Virgin EMI SV-517182).

3) Love Is Stronger Than Pride (4:25) (Mad Professor Remix; track 2 of "the remix deluxe" CD EP, Japan Sony ESC 5700, track 3 of the Feel No Pain Nellie Hooper mixes CD EP, UR Epic 658829 5).

13) Paradise (Extra Beats) (2:10) (B-side of US 12" single Paradise, see CD1 track 10, track 3 of Paradise 3² CD single, UK Epic 651617 2).

14) Feel No Pain (Nellie's Bonus Beat) (3:13) (Track 4 of Feel No Pain CD EP, see CD2 track 6. Nice instrumental version of CD2 Track 6.

15) Cherish The Day (Ronin Remix) (7:00) (Track 2 of the Cherish The Day US Promotional CD EP, Epic 74980). This is a very different mix.

16) Paradise (Instrumental) (4:01) (B-side of Paradise 3" CD single, track 4 of Paradise CD EP, see CD1 track 10. There are some subtle instrumental parts here, that are not available on any other version.
