| Our flexible program offers classes six days a week. Choose the class that best suits your busy schedule! Recreational Gymnastics Our primary focus with recreational gymnastics is teaching strong, basic fundamental skills, forming a solid foundation for future endeavors. We offer the best training possible, developing your child's physical fitness. Programs are geared towards beginners of all ages, starting as young as two years of age. Me and My Shadow - for two year olds and their parent Hot Shots - for beginners, children ages 3, 4, and 5 Girls and Boys Recreational - for children ages 6 to 18 Competitive Gymnastics For those who wish to pursue a future in the sport, we offer the avenue of competition. Children are selected from the recreational program and offered a spot on our Pre-Team, which eventually leads to a chance to compete on the Tradewinds Gymnastics Competitive Team. Silver Pre-Team - ages 4 to 7 Gold Pre-Team - ages 8 to 11 Level 4 Team - USA Gymnastics Junior Olympics Level 4 Advanced Team - USA Gymnastics Junior Olympics Levels 5 and up Special Programs We offer the following special programs.
