I have worked in residential construction in the Southern California area since 1983. As a finish carpenter I have come to acquire alot of experience in all types of home elevation details, fence and gate instillation, gazebo’s, patio decks and yard furniture, Awnings, Coverings and storage sheds as well as residential remodeling. I am also experienced in handling new home customer service, helping to resolve home owners service request for home builders such as Greystone, Lennar, Brock, Century, Beazer and many others.
I look forward to building new and challenging creations. Through out the years I have worked for as many as ten contractors per year. I am a consistent worker always being at work on time and completing the job to the highest possible quality. I also understand and can easily perform work from Blue-prints and have drafted customized plans for home owners. I have also worked as a trade temp in home detailing and quality control prior to the final inspection and customer walk through.
Working in my local area I charge $18 per hour anywere within 1/2 hour drive of Yucaipa. And $20 per hour within 1 hour. Many of my clients are Apartment complex and business owners. As of Nov 22,1999, My next available date is December 14, 1999 and usaly stay booked 2-4 weeks ahead
