Each player sets bench press at weight he can handle for 10 reps.

Bench press 10 reps. Add weight. Remove piece of clothing.

Can't bench press 10 reps. Take one swat for each rep short of 10. Decrease weight by 10.

Alternate among players. First to tire out, take 10 minute cold shower, take 10 swats, wet butt.

Start same game, arm curl.

Each player is really competing with himself. Keeps increasing weight by 10 until he reaches a weight where he can't do 10 reps, he takes his swats, and decreases the weight 10 pounds. If he can do ten reps with that weight than the next set he has to increase by 10 pounds.

Get your bod in shape. Get your butt in shape.
