Riesling
This sixth vintage of 100% Riesling varietal wine is now showing some Southern Fleurieu characteristics, with a pale straw colour which will deepen with a little bottle age.The bouquet is floral and citrus like with the typical delicacy of true Riesling.
Continuing Trafford Hill's approach to this premium grape the wine is deliberately dry and crisp with lime/citrus and a regional "flintiness" on the palate.
A perfect accompaniment for seafood and lightly spiced Thai-Asian dthis will dullishes, it should not be over chilled, as the fine aromas and delicate palate of the wine.
