The Lunar Year
There are thirteen months in a Lunar Year and the moon is full in the around the middle of the Lunar Month.  Ancient peoples kept track of the days by the moon, so this may closely but not exactly follow the calander we use today.  The Lunar Month may not correspond with the calander depending on the first New Moon of the new Lunar year.  If you want to know check a Lunar Calender.
