EXTREME CLOSE-UP!

This is Des.  He's this AWESOME fellow I went to college with.  We finished class an hour early and we were waiting round for our buses and in the meantime got him all made up...  You'll note his beard art in the last pic - he used to watch old Prince clips for inspiration...  I miss Des more than I thought i would.  He had this amazing attitude to life and he was basically up for anything.

This was his initial reaction when we pulled out the camera and hairbands.  Lucky he's a true exhibitionist!

I think by this stage he'd figured there was no escape so he might as well smile and put up with it.

Here's my best friend Bec.  The was the dux of both our high school and our college.  I've known her since 1989 (ie.  Kindergarten)

Here are some more production friends.  (L-R) Shell, Katie, Bec, The dummy i'd like to have trodden on (we called her Mum), Nicky and Lu.  Sarah and Lu got together the night this was taken at a post-production party at Lu's.

These are some more college buddies - Marcia (top), (L-R) Michael, Me, Seb and Andi.  We were the backstage crew for our college production.  Michael and i were going out at the time, Seb was with Shell and Andi was with my other friend (who i have no pics of), Phil.

These are my cool writer buddies with Alice, who is not a cool writer buddy, as much as she thinks she is.  In the back, with the pink hair, is Pig, one of the coolest people i know (don't be put off by the hair, it was a bad day), then theres Alice (she'd like you to call her Ally-T, because Michael was cool and he got called Mikey-T), then theres Des and Bec again.  Des is trying to look mysterious and deeply thoughtful.
