My name is Andrew and I created this site to finally give life to a project that I believe is able to interest many fans of Italian railways.
I'm trying to create a kind of “Italian tramway Atlas ” with data, maps and images of private railroads, urban and interurban tramways, trolleybuses and funicular that existed in Italy from the origins. As first approach I have decided to publish in these pages some charts compiled by me and containing the data retrived in specialistic books and magazines. I know that this is incomplete material but at the same time I believe that however it can be a point of departure.
I want to specify that this is a "no profit" initiative only with cultural finality: all the data published on Internet (in the respect of laws and copyright) won't be therefore object of payment publications (on paper or on magnetic support).
