This is move's first best album ever since they made their debut 5 years ago. Unlike some best albums, move has put theirs in a non-stop megamix fashion. Some of the songs have new mixes while most of the songs have been re-recorded and re-performed again by yuri and motsu. This is great album to introduce to a person who has never heard of move before. I found this album very entertaining and delightful. They have also released a best DVD.
