CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Continuous Improvement is based on the Japanese Management System called 'Kaizen'. Kaizen means improvement. It is an ongoing improvement involving everyone. Kaizen philosophy assumes that our way of life, be it our working life, our social life or our home life, deserves to be improved constantly. It is in fact a gradual, stable and continuous improvement.

In our accounts department at the weekly Executive Committee Meeting the Continuous Improvements are listed. These improvements are reviewed in later months for implementation, progress & benefits.
